Interviewing the Interviewer

As the person typically doing the interviewing, it's fun to be interviewed, for a change!

Recently, Subkit asked if I would take part in an interview focused on my business, my message to fellow entrepreneurs, and any advice I would like to share.

If you’re interested in this quick read, I encourage you to check it out:

During these past number of months, I've been amazed and encouraged by support I've received as I build my communication and media training coaching company.

Success doesn’t happen alone and I truly believe we are stronger together.

To anyone out there pursuing a dream, I am here to offer you encouragement, support, and positivity! Success requires commitment, consistency, community, and creativity, but it can and WILL happen if you keep at it!

As an entrepreneur and a communication/media training coach to boot, I understand how essential it is to immediately connect with your audience. Creating connection is KEY to building a business.

According to a 2021 article published by Microsoft, you have 8 seconds to grab someone’s attention and communicate your business, product, or brand.

That’s not a lot of time.

The American Dental Association recommends you brush your teeth for 2 minutes, which now sounds like eternity!

If you're an entrepreneur or business owner, I would encourage you to first focus on your brand and purpose. What value are you providing your clients? WHY SHOULD THEY CARE? Once you pinpoint the benefits to them, you can begin to tailor your messaging and branding around that solution and value.

And I know I've said this before and I'll say it again: your messaging should have the 3 C's: conversational, compelling, and concise!

Here's to YOU succeeding in all you wish to achieve! Let's DO THIS!!
