Hello, I’m Stephanie Coueignoux! My last name is pronounced QUINN-YOU (it's French).
My purpose is to help you reach your full professional potential by teaching you how to craft and control your message. Everyone has a message to share with the world- whether that's a brand, a mission, a service, or an idea. In this day and age of constant information overload, it is critical to understand how to communicate in a way that is clear, compelling, and connects with your intended audience. You do this through authentic connection.
I'm a 3-time Emmy Award-winning TV news journalist appearing on national outlets like CNN, FOX, and also local news stations. I have 19 years of hands-on communication experience, logging thousands of hours speaking, crafting stories, branding, marketing, and presenting. Before getting into TV news, I graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in psychology. During my time in TV news, I've interviewed thousands of people- community advocates, CEOs, politicians, executives, doctors, lawyers, athletes, professors, and parents. What I found is that so many incredibly smart, capable, and talented leaders do not understand how to most effectively communicate their message, brand, or purpose. And many of these people had such powerful and important stories and ideas to share! What a missed opportunity! I took great pride in crafting and presenting compelling stories that my audience would connect with, but what about the next time that person shared their message? What then? After a lot of reflection, I decided to use my purpose in another way and work directly with professionals, businesses, and organizations.

Your message matters. If you don’t believe in your message or truly understand your message then your audience won't connect with it. Methods are the technical aspect of a powerful presentation- YOU! Your voice and your body are the vehicles delivering your message. From your appearance to your intonation to where you place your hands- details matter. Confidence is a byproduct of control. If you feel in control of your voice, body, and appearance, confidence will naturally flow. You are signaling strength. Keep in mind- you are a human. I’m here to help you access your best authentic self. People CONNECT with authenticity. People TRUST authenticity. There is no one-size-fits-all way to present.
